CHERRY KISS

Clear intentions. Clear information.

Community Rules

Respect, boundaries, safety and fair treatment.

Version 2026-09-07.2. Effective 7 September 2026.

A community with clear intentions

Cherry Kiss is a free invitation beta for adults aged 18 to 39 in Newcastle upon Tyne and Gateshead. It is designed for genuine chemistry, honest intentions and respectful introductions. Casual, exploring and serious are different intentions, not a ranking of people's worth. Treat another person's boundaries as real, even when they differ from yours.

These rules apply to your account, profile, photos, identity process, discovery actions, connection requests, messages, reports and communications with our team whenever those features are available. Read our Terms, Privacy Notice and Integrity Pledge with them.

1. Be an eligible, real person

  • You must be at least 18 and meet Cherry Kiss's joining criteria. Cherry Kiss currently admits new members aged 18 to 39. Do not disguise your age, use another person's document or face, or bypass an identity, safety or account restriction.
  • Represent yourself honestly. Do not impersonate someone, run a deceptive profile, use stolen information or photos, or operate bots or accounts intended to manipulate people.
  • A display name can protect your privacy, but it must not impersonate another person or suggest credentials, background checks or verification you do not have.
  • Complete Stripe Identity only for yourself when the app makes it available. Do not share a verification link, coach another person through it, manipulate a capture or submit a document you do not control.
  • You may choose a document-only check or a document check with an optional matching selfie. The selfie choice requires separate explicit consent and does not give extra access or status.
  • An 18+ age checked badge means only that Stripe's configured government-photo-document check passed, the verified date of birth matched the account and the member met the age rule at the time. If the member chose a selfie, its configured comparison also passed. The badge does not disclose which route was used and is not proof of character, honesty, criminal history or safety.

2. Be honest about your intentions

  • Choose the relationship intention that reflects what you genuinely want. Do not select a different lane to reach people who would otherwise be outside your eligibility.
  • Do not mislead someone about exclusivity, identity, major facts or why you are using the service in order to obtain attention, sex, money, private information or another benefit.
  • Recommendation reasons are an introduction aid, not a promise of compatibility. Do not pressure someone by claiming the app says they owe you a chance.

3. Respect consent and boundaries

  • Nobody owes you a connection, reply, meeting, affection, explanation or second chance.
  • Do not pressure, threaten, repeatedly pursue, control or sexually harass anyone. Consent must be freely given and specific, and can be withdrawn at any time.
  • A connection request, accepted match, conversation, shared interest, past date or subscription is not consent to anything else.
  • Accept a declined request, an unmatch and a block immediately. Do not evade them through another Cherry Kiss account, another service, a new telephone number or an in-person approach.
  • Do not use an optional introduction to send sexual, threatening, manipulative or financial content.

4. No abuse, exploitation or unlawful content

  • Do not post or send threats, hateful abuse, targeted humiliation, stalking material, discriminatory harassment, incitement to violence or encouragement of self-harm.
  • Child sexual abuse, grooming, sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion and any sexual content involving a person under 18 are prohibited. Do not create, upload, request, keep or redistribute such material.
  • Do not share pornography, unsolicited sexual content, intimate imagery without consent, voyeuristic material or sexual deepfakes. Do not threaten to share such material.
  • Do not use the service to arrange commercial sexual services, illegal transactions or other prohibited activity.

If you encounter suspected child sexual abuse material, do not download, save, forward or email it to us. Use the report route to identify the account or message without reproducing the material, and contact the appropriate authority where required. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services; our support route is not an emergency service.

5. No scams, money pressure or manipulation

  • Do not request money, gift cards, financial credentials, cryptocurrency transfers, loans or investment payments from members.
  • Do not use a fabricated emergency, romance pressure, blackmail, false job or investment opportunity to obtain money, private information or account access.
  • Do not send spam, run marketing campaigns, sell accounts, recruit for schemes or use a dating profile mainly to promote a business.
  • Never ask for a password, sign-in link, one-time code or identity-verification link. Our team will not ask you to send these by email or chat.

If you suspect a scam, stop the interaction, report it and consider blocking the account. Do not send money to test whether somebody is genuine. If you have already paid, contact your bank or payment provider promptly.

6. Protect privacy and content rights

  • Do not publish your home or workplace address, precise location, identity documents, financial details or another person's private contact information.
  • Do not copy profiles, scrape member information, compile member databases, reverse-engineer private matching choices or identify people outside the service without permission.
  • Do not share private messages or intimate content without appropriate permission. Necessary, lawful evidence for a private safety report or legal advice is different from public shaming.
  • Only submit photos and other content you have the right to use. Do not use another person's work or a generated likeness to mislead someone about who you are.
  • Do not attempt to attach files, executable content or hidden data through text or emoji chat. Profile photos must use the designated upload and review route.

7. Use report, block and unmatch properly

  • Report a genuine concern in good faith and provide the minimum useful detail. Do not submit a knowingly false report, coordinate mass reports or use reporting to punish rejection. A sincere report is not misconduct simply because it cannot be substantiated.
  • Block when you need immediate separation. Do not ask another person to carry messages around a block, and do not retaliate because someone blocked you.
  • Unmatch when you want to end contact. You do not have to give the other member a reason, and they must respect the end of the connection.
  • You may report before or after blocking or unmatching. Safety reporting must remain available even when direct contact has ended.

Reports are private moderation records. Do not threaten someone with a report to force a reply or other action. Report counts, identity failures and automated signals may help staff prioritise work, but they are not proof by themselves.

8. Keep the service fair and secure

Do not interfere with the service, probe another account, evade rate limits, automate discovery, manipulate recommendation inputs, abuse undo, create duplicate connection requests, or exploit a bug. Report a suspected security problem privately to support@cherrykiss.co.uk without accessing more information than needed to describe it.

Payment, verification or apparent compatibility never overrides consent, a block or another person's eligibility settings. Do not claim that paid status or an identity badge entitles you to contact, trust or special treatment.

9. Moderation and appeals

When in-app member interactions are active, use their report and block controls. If they are unavailable or you cannot access the app, contact support@cherrykiss.co.uk, operated by CHERRYCARE360 LTD (company number 17309946). Identify Cherry Kiss, explain what happened and include relevant account references and dates. Share the minimum evidence needed, not passwords, identity documents, unlawful images or unnecessary private material.

We may request changes, remove or decline content, restrict functions, suspend or close an account where justified by the circumstances and our Terms. Decisions should consider context, severity, reliable evidence, repeat behaviour and the need to protect people. We may preserve limited evidence or make a lawful report to an authority.

We aim to explain an action and provide a way to challenge it while protecting private information and urgent investigations. Contact the same address with "Appeal" in the subject to request human review. We aim to acknowledge identity-support requests within two business days and provide an identity appeal decision or clear next evidence step within five business days. Our initial target is to triage an urgent safety concern within 24 hours. These are operating targets; Cherry Kiss support is not an emergency service. A permanent disciplinary decision must not rest on an automated risk score, a report count or one failed identity attempt alone.

Software for member discovery, connections, chat and safety controls may be deployed, but members can use a function only while its server-side provider, privacy, safety and operating gates are open.
